The Spencerport Sports Booster Club (SSBC) was established and chartered in January 1977. It began modestly as a soccer parents' club within the Spencerport Central School District. Over the years, the club has grown significantly, becoming a cornerstone of support for the SHS Rangers athletic program. The SSBC relies on hundreds of dedicated volunteers who generously contribute thousands of hours to foster the growth and development of the program. The club is steadfast in promoting a spirit of sportsmanship and responsibility among both student-athletes and their parents.

How far we have come...

The SSBC remains an active and vibrant organization that continues to make a lasting impact. Hundreds of members contribute countless volunteer hours in various capacities, including:

• Working at concession stands for various sports supported by the SSBC      

• Serving as board members or officers of the club

•  Making phone calls to solicit volunteers

• Organizing and participating in fundraisers for the Booster Club and other school and community organizations

Through these collective efforts, the SSBC has, over the past 45+ years, provided significant contributions to the student-athletes of the Spencerport Central School District. These contributions include purchasing a multitude of items to enhance their experiences and ensure they have the tools and resources necessary to excel in their athletic endeavors.

The Spencerport Sports Booster Club stands as a shining example of what a dedicated community can achieve when united by a shared passion for sports and student success.
