Reimbursement Form – Modified Sports End of Season Pizza Party 

The Spencerport Sports Booster Club supports the Spencerport Ranger Athletic program at the Modified level by funding end-of-season pizza parties.  Each team is granted up to $50.00** reimbursement for pizza, soda/juice/water, paper plates, cups and napkins.  If two or more teams have a combined party, all receipts must be submitted TOGETHER with this form.  

**For larger roster teams or combined team parties the reimbursement can exceed the $50 maximum at the discretion of the Spencerport Sports Booster Treasurer.
